Eagle Tutors is the brainchild of Rhianna Shaw. Rhianna attended Bedales School in Hampshire and, having completed her Maths A Level by the age of 16, launched her tutoring career out of her parents’ drawing room, teaching Maths GCSE to those barely her junior. An adventurous sort, she went on to receive her BA (Hons) from Brown University, spending a semester abroad in Sydney.
"There is a stigma attached to academia - it is often associated with the slog of learning, the pressure of exams and the frustration of misunderstanding. At Eagle we are firmly of the belief that this is completely unnecessary. Learning can be an interesting, exciting and enjoyable endeavour. Students who enjoy themselves are engaged and stimulated. The same goes for the tutors, and that is what defines an Eagle tutor."
Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Eagle Tutor? We’re always looking for young, dynamic tutors to be a part of the team!
